About the role

As a Product Manager at Learning Pool, you'll play a central role in delivering user-centred improvements and shaping the roadmap for one of our core products. You'll work closely with the product team and cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to bring ideas to life and ensure product enhancements are purposeful, timely, and impactful.



This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a foundation in product management who's ready to take the next step, develop their skills, and help build products that deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers

What you will be doing

Roles and responsibilities include:





Roadmap & Delivery Support


Collaborate on backlog prioritisation and roadmap delivery Own specific features or product areas, managing them from discovery to release Help plan sprints, refine user stories, and remove blockers Identify risks or dependencies early and work with the team to resolve them Drive continuous improvement by reflecting on delivery outcomes and processes
Discovery & Insight


Support customer research and insight gathering to inform product decisions Use data and commercial context to shape your decisions and priorities Define and track product success metrics (KPIs, usage data, feedback loops) Stay informed on trends in technology, learning, and competitor products
Cross-Functional Collaboration


Work closely with designers, engineers, QA, and other teams to ensure shared understanding and smooth delivery Champion inclusive, accessible design principles that serve a diverse user base Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders and contribute to team rituals
Product Communications


Support product release communications and stakeholder updates Help customer-facing teams (Sales, Support, CS) understand product features and value Contribute to user guides, onboarding materials, and product walkthroughs
Innovation & Growth


Contribute to initiatives around automation, AI, or personalisation where applicable Stay active in your learning--whether through industry events, webinars, or training Share knowledge with peers to foster a growth-focused product culture

What we are looking for

The successful candidate will demonstrate:




Product Management: You will bring at least 2 years' experience, or a strong demonstrable interest, in product management within SaaS, content, or digital learning technology environments. Product Lifecycle & Methods: You will have a foundational understanding of the product lifecycle, customer research techniques, and agile delivery methodologies. Collaboration: You will have strong collaboration and communication skills, confident working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders. Analytical Problem-Solving: You will apply an analytical mindset to understand customer needs, identify problems, and propose effective solutions. Digital Learning & Content: You will have familiarity with content development and digital learning technologies -- with the curiosity and appetite to build deeper expertise. Qualifications & Learning: A formal degree in Product Management, Business, Technology, or a related field is welcome but not essential. Practical experience delivering digital products, supporting product lifecycle activities, or working with cross-functional teams is equally valued. You will also show a commitment to ongoing professional development.
