What you'll do

Lead the decommissioning of our legacy trading technology platform and oversee the migration of all Macro business functionality into the new platform. Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the retirement of the legacy system and the migration to the new platform, ensuring minimal disruption to trading and downstream processes. Partner with Trading, Risk, Operations, and technology teams to document current-state workflows and translate them into target-state designs in the new platform. Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, milestones, and delivery plans aligned with the firm's strategic objectives. Coordinate with developers, QA, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient migration of functionality. Identify potential risks to migration success, design mitigation strategies, and ensure robust testing and validation before decommissioning. Drive user training, communication, and adoption strategies for the new platform. Liaise with third-party vendors for technical support, licensing adjustments, and migration best practices. Ensure the new platform is fully optimized for current and future Macro trading needs.

What's required

Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field. 10+ years of product management experience in buy-side or sell-side financial technology, particularly with cross-asset trading systems. Hands-on experience with market leading trading and risk management platforms, such as, Murex and Orchestrade , including design, configuration, and implementation. Strong knowledge of Macro asset classes (Rates, FX, Credit, Commodities) front-to-back trade workflows. Proven experience leading large-scale migration or decommissioning projects in a trading environment. Exceptional stakeholder communication skills and an ability to bridge gaps between business and technology teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
