We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product details, lifecycle, from conception through development to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet market needs and align with our strategic objectives, along with managing procurement. Your expertise in product management methodologies and software development processes will be essential in driving product success.
Duties
Lead the product development process, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Conduct requirements gathering sessions to understand customer needs and market trends.
Develop test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product functionality.
Analyse product performance metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring clarity on project objectives and timelines.
Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate product strategies to senior management.
Stay informed about industry trends, particularly in areas such as B2B sales, SaaS, Internet of Things, and AWS.
Qualifications
Proven experience in product management or a related field with a strong understanding of software development processes.
Proficient in SQL for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Familiarity with wireframing tools such as Balsamiq and experience with Git for version control.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing cross-functional teams effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
