Job Overview

You will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and executing the Connectivity portfolio roadmap and strategy. This includes steering the portfolio with the specific purpose of ensuring Digital Space is competitive in the MSSP market.

You will act as the subject matter expert within Digital Space on Connectivity and provide support to the wider organisation to drive growth within the portfolio, whilst also working with many teams both internally and externally.

You will work closely with the Product and trading Manager and wider Go-To Market (GTM) team to link the portfolio development and solutions evolution with the market dynamics including point solutions and full E2E Managed Services.

This role will be predominately home based with travel to both customer sites and head office. Remuneration for the role is dependent on skills and experience, an discretionary annual bonus of 10% of salary is applicable.

Key Responsibilities

Product Portfolio:

Deliver and maintain a commercially efficient and service-oriented portfolio of connectivity solutions across, Broadband, Ethernet, Mobile/Wireless and Hardware

Vision & Strategy:

In conjunction with Senior Product & Trading Manager, Head of Presales and Operations leads, develop short-and long-term vision and evolution strategy to support business and customer needs.

Build the Business:

Act as the Subject Matter Expert, aiding the GTM and Operations teams in the delivery of profitable connectivity solutions.

Partner Management:

In collaboration with Product Lead and Vendor Manager work with our connectivity partners to create effective partnerships and joint propositions to take to market.

Collaboration:

Establish good working relationships and partnerships with all business functions, strategic customers, and connectivity partners.

Maintain Roadmap:

Aligned with the company strategy, updated monthly and approved by the business. Enable / deliver monthly briefings to the business.

Experience

Demonstrable experience working with connectivity solution such as, but not limited to broadband, ethernet, M2M, IoT, connectivity hardware Proven and demonstrable experience of continuous improvement Experience in working within virtual teams Familiarity with connectivity supplier order to cash journeys Technical appreciation of connectivity solutions along with their individual user cases Understanding of the needs and user cases for the UK Mid-Market Familiarity of APIs & Software Development Technical Support or other Operational background Familiarity with ServiceNow and Configure Price Quote tools

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
