Job Description

Senstronics Ltd is a global manufacturer and supplier of pressure sensing solutions. We supply sensors that use electronic strain gauges to produce very linear and predictable output signals over temperature, which are used as essential technology across different industries for safety and precision.

We have an opportunity for a Product Manager to join the Business Development Team.

The Product Manager will take ownership of the management of the full Product Lifecycle, encompassing New Business Opportunities (NBO's), product development, test and approval, production launch, product data sheet, and product obsolescence.

Operational:



Proactively contribute to the strategic goals and operational outputs of the Business Development Team. Undertake tasks as the Subject Matter Technical Expert for the ERP system (Priority) supporting:
-Creation of new parts

-Routing configuration

-Product obsolescence

-Sales configurators

Support the delivery of internal projects to timeline and contribute to the development, testing and approval of new products and processes. Manage the full scope of New Business Opportunities (NBO's) including:
-Feasibility studies, concepts and prototyping

-Preparation of quotations

-Development of timelines

-Coordination of testing and acceptance stages

-Relationship management (suppliers and customers)

-Health and safety compliance

-General legislative compliance

-PPAP structured process

In collaboration with the Production Controller, and other key stakeholders, contribute to the productionisation planning and implementation activity relating to NBO's. Provide technical customer support in relation to queries and returns. Support R&D activity being undertaken by the Business Development Team, and other departments where technical input is required. Contribute to the development, maintenance and implementation of business roadmaps relating to product and process.

General:



Management and maintenance of relevant documentation in line with the business needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Work collaboratively across departments to achieved shared objectives. Advocate core values and associated behaviours. To undertake any other duties appropriate to the level of the post, as required.
