Role Overview

RDC Aviation is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development of our customer-facing tools and analytics products. You'll work cross-functionally with UX, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact solutions that help our clients make smarter decisions with aviation data.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap for our customer-facing SaaS and DaaS solutions - AirportCharges, LOOP and Apex. Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements and user stories. Lead discovery and validation efforts with customers and stakeholders. Collaborate with design and engineering to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Monitor product performance and usage to inform future iterations. Communicate product vision and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or data-driven products and services. Strong understanding of user-centred design, agile delivery, and data analytics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams including UX and engineering.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Background in aviation and/or enterprise software. Experience with product roadmap tools such as Jira Product Discovery Exposure to UX principles and user-centred design. Exposure to API-based products or technical platforms (e.g. Azure, Snowflake)
