Role Summary
We are seeking a
Product Manager
with strong analytical and creative skills to lead the development of innovative software products. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring products meet market needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.Key Responsibilities
Product Analysis & Market Research:
Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Product Road-mapping:
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Feature Definition & Prioritization:
Translate business requirements into clear features and prioritize for maximum impact.
Wireframing & UX Design:
Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive user interfaces and prototypes.
Innovation & Greenfield Projects:
Drive creativity and lead initiatives for new product development from concept to launch.
Agile Delivery & DevOps Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering teams, leveraging DevOps practices for efficient delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in software product management. Strong background in
UX design
, wireframing, and feature prioritization. Familiarity withDevOps tools and practices
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.Preferred Skills
Experience initiating
greenfield projects
. Ability to combine strategic thinking with creative problem-solving.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
