Our Platform team is the backbone of Goodnotes' product experience, coordinating several engineers across four critical components: Collaboration, Sync, Accounts, and Cloud Service. As Goodnotes expands from B2C into B2B markets, these platform capabilities form the foundation of our B2B success.


About the role


------------------



We're seeking a Product Manager to lead and drive the strategy and execution of our platform components. This role is critical to maintaining velocity and quality as we scale, addressing the business and product challenges of collaboration, multi-platform sync and account systems. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to define roadmaps, prioritize work, and deliver impactful solutions that support both consumer and enterprise users.

Define and drive product roadmaps for Collaboration, Sync, Accounts, and Cloud Service components Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data science teams to make data-driven product decisions and deliver high-quality features Manage priorities and dependencies across multiple parallel workstreams, coordinating resources across global teams Facilitate effective collaboration between engineering teams Analyze competitive landscape and industry trends to inform platform strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives Define and track key platform metrics such as collaboration adoption, sync reliability, and account conversion

The skills you will need to be successful in the above::

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in platform or infrastructure product ownership Good understanding of backend architectures, collabortion flows, distributed systems, and data synchronization patterns Experience with B2B/SaaS products, enterprise requirements, permission models, compliance, and security Systems thinking with proven ability to navigate complex dependencies and design for scalability Data-driven approach with experience defining meaningful metrics and using data to drive decisions Delivery-focused mindset with rigorous prioritization and consistent execution Agile mindset comfortable with iterative improvement and 80/20 solutions Collaborative leadership skills to influence without authority across engineering teams Strong communication skills to coordinate across distributed teams and stakeholders Ownership mentality with proactive problem-solving beyond defined responsibilities
