This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lending professional to broaden their remit and work across a diverse range of products, including Real Estate Finance.
The Role
Support the delivery and management of multiple lending products, contributing to the bank's overall growth strategy Collaborate with Origination, Credit, and Product teams to structure tailored solutions Play a key role in developing and refining product propositions across Real Estate and SME lending Maintain strong internal and external relationships to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
The Person
Experience in Real Estate or Commercial Lending within a bank or specialist lender Strong understanding of end-to-end lending processes Collaborative, detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment * Keen to join a forward-thinking challenger bank offering genuine career progression
