About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead the development of AI-driven solutions (LLM & Gen AI, Agentic AI). This role demands a deep understanding of contact centre/ CX/ Business Process operations, customer service challenges, and the application of AI technologies to solve real-world problems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, intelligent products that drive operational excellence, enhance agent performance, and elevate customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Founder and Co-Founder to define and drive the product roadmap for Agentic AI solutions/products (e.g., conversational AI, agent assist, predictive analytics, customer intent detection, intelligent document processing).
Write user stories on JIRA or such tools
Conduct product demos with internal teams, prospects and clients.
Engage with customer experience leaders, clients, and delivery teams to gather insights, define requirements, and prioritize impactful features.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Customer Success teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and customer experience technologies.
Develop wireframes, PRDs, and user stories with a strong focus on usability, scalability, and performance.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify differentiators and opportunities.
Lead pilot deployments and rollout strategies with enterprise clients.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in customer experience or AI-powered solutions.
Strong understanding of contact centre ecosystems and technologies including CRM, IVR, WFM, QA, and customer engagement platforms.
Proven success in building and scaling B2B or enterprise products that solve CX challenges.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion or similar. Process mapping tools like Miro boards etc.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with global enterprises across verticals (e.g., BFSI, healthcare, travel/aviation).
Hands-on experience with AI/ML in CX, including NLP, speech analytics, chatbot frameworks, and recommendation engines.
Familiarity with industry compliance requirements (e.g., SOC, PCI-DSS, HIPAA) in tech-enabled customer interactions.
Understanding of API integrations and middleware to connect systems like CRMs, ERPs, and ticketing platforms.
