Job Description

As a Product Manager, you'll be a leader at our client, responsible for guiding one or more products from inception to release. You will report to the Head of Product, but operate with a high degree of autonomy, leading the requirements and direction for your product stream. This role requires strong leadership skills, a resourceful mindset, and the ability to drive a structured product planning process to align stakeholders on both short-term deliverables and long-term vision.


You will be the main point of contact for your product, leading without formal authority and ensuring seamless end-to-end operation. You'll be highly autonomous, leading the requirements and direction for your product stream.

What You'll Do



Product Leadership:

Own your product from end to end, driving a structured planning process to align stakeholders on short-term and long-term goals.

Roadmapping & Documentation:

Build and maintain a robust quarterly roadmap. Create and manage formal documentation, including MRDs, PRDs, and FRDs, ensuring all product documents are rigorously version-controlled.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, business development) to capture their needs and inform product updates and strategy.

Research & Development:

Conduct ongoing market research to stay current on industry trends. Partner with engineering and QA teams to ensure features are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Community Engagement:

Engage and contribute to relevant Open Source Software communities, seeking feedback and integrating valuable suggestions into your product roadmap.

Requirements




We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with a technical background and extensive experience in software development, particularly within the blockchain or Web3 space. You should be a user-driven leader with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of stakeholder needs.

Must-Haves:



5+ years

of experience in product management or a related role.

5+ years

of experience in software development with proven technical capabilities. Experience collaborating with highly technical engineering, design, and business teams. At least

1 year of business experience with blockchain or cryptocurrency technology

, including knowledge of L1 and L2 scaling solutions. Experience with blockchain or infrastructure technologies (e.g., databases, middleware). A user of Web3 products with firsthand knowledge of the UX, economics, and impact. Experience working in an

Agile environment

and leading highly technical product teams. Experience defining metrics and measuring the success of launched products. A strong desire to engage with users and contribute to open-source communities. Proven ability to apply requirements elicitation, analysis, and management practices.
