We are looking for an experienced
Product Manager
to own the end-to-end product roadmap and lifecycle for specific product line(s). You will drive the vision for innovative, industry-leading features and value-add propositions by defining the strategic problem and translating this into concrete, prioritised work for cross-functional teams.
Your deep analytical skills and product expertise mean you are accountable for creating quality, detailed technical specifications and product documentation that aligns business, development, support, and QA, ensuring the product's functionality delivers maximum value in line with customer and market needs, and the overall business strategy.
The role is remote (within the UK), with travel as required.
Your responsibilities will be to:
Own the delivery of product features to support the Ticket product Roadmap and strategy
Act as the voice of the client and customer proxy for the development team during the development cycle, obtaining a deep understanding of customer and market needs
Participate in workshops and requirement discovery sessions to identify software solutions and requirements
Analysing and validating business requirements, translating into specifications/requirements Prioritise and manage backlog and sprint planning in coordination with tech team leads to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that is aligned with the product strategy
Document how systems work, taking ownership of internal and end-user documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams--including engineering, design, and marketing--to bring the product to fruition
Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product
Support the business with customer inquiries and investigating defects
Interpret requirements in order to create quality, detailed technical specifications.
Be accountable for the created product(s), delivering product enhancements, and communicating the product needs with business partners
Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments
Work closely with product management and senior management to create a product that fits the company portfolio
Develop innovative, industry-leading features that uniquely serve customers by understanding challenges and need
Support team members with peer reviews
This role is for you if you have/are:
At least 5 years experience in business analysis and product development
Able to make quick and effective decisions to manage priorities in a fast-moving agile environment
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to systematically analyse complex systems and processes
Proven experience in product management, demonstrating skills in communication, collaboration, and prioritisation
Strong analysis skills, using a variety of industry standard methods and tools to conduct analysis, deconstruct, and document the problem or solution
Experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver a common goal
Able to translate customer requirements into a solution that serves a multi-tenanted B2B product
Able to converse and influence a variety of stakeholders - from technologists to senior business leaders
Excellent attention to detail
Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with ability to clearly articulate concepts and ideas to a wide variety of audiences
Proactive, pragmatic and self-organised with willingness and ability to learn and take on new challenges
Able to use your drive, creativity and initiative to help move the business forward
