Job Purpose




Support the downstream marketing activities for Bausch + Lombs High-Tech portfolio including Digital Microscopy (SeeLuma), Connectivity (EyeTelligence), Diagnostics, Refractive- and Femtocataract LASERsacross international markets (excluding the US). This role ensures consistent global messaging, drives regional alignment, and manages the development and rollout of creative marketing assets in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.


Location - Either UK or Germany




Key Responsibilities




Campaign & Asset Management:




Plan and execute downstream marketing activities, including product positioning, value messaging, and creative asset development. Collaborate with external agencies and internal creative teams to produce sales tools, brochures, videos, visuals, digital content, and campaign kits. Ensure timely rollout and localization support for global campaigns across regions.

Regional Alignment:




Act as the main point of contact for regional marketing teams, ensuring alignment on messaging, branding, and campaign execution. Coordinate regular check-ins with regional counterparts to gather input, share best practices, and adjust tactics based on feedback and market dynamics.

Brand Messaging & Consistency:




Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials and ensure compliance with global brand guidelines. Support congress and event messaging in collaboration with regional teams and the Digital Marketing function. Administrative support of visits of customers and field functions to our High Tech Showroom.

Product Launch Support:




Support the launch planning and execution for new product introductions, ensuring downstream readiness and regional alignment. Develop marketing playbooks and communication toolkits for use in local implementation.

Market Insight & Content Optimization:




Gather and analyze feedback from field teams and customers to refine messaging and content. Monitor competitive messaging and identify opportunities for differentiation in downstream execution.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:




Work closely with the Head of Marketing High Tech Portfolio, Digital Marketing, Regional Marketing Managers, medical affairs, and commercial teams.
Serve as a key liaison for internal reviews and approvals of creative content.


Scope of Position

Qualifications / Training




Marketing, business or scientific degree or equivalent relevant professional qualification

Experience / Competencies




36 years of experience in marketing within the medical device or healthcare industry, ideally with ophthalmology exposure. Strong track record in downstream marketing, campaign execution, and creative asset management. Excellent project management and coordination skills across functions and geographies. High attention to detail with the ability to maintain brand consistency. Technical understanding of key differentiators of the high tech medical devices. Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity in a global environment. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
