Join the Close Brothers Premium Finance (CBPF) team where you'll shape our product strategy and drive commercial growth, acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for market and broker knowledge across Personal and Commercial Lines in the UK and ROI. You'll use data and insights to craft compelling narratives and develop robust product strategies that balance effective governance with ambitious growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Build and deliver the product & proposition strategy and roadmap; confidently represent and prioritise the product backlog. Maintain a deep understanding of the market through broker engagement, networking and attending external events Simplify the broker journey so CBPF remains easy to do business with Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to create effective go-to-market propositions. Demonstrate the ongoing commercial value of the CBPF product suite by tracking and reporting KPIs, and taking ownership of the data and insights that support the team Manage third-party suppliers and central operations (commercial relationships, pricing, contracts, business operations). Collaborate with fellow Product Managers to create joint solutions across Premium Finance.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:



Experience working as a Product Manager or Project/Change Manager within the insurance broker market (or wider insurance industry) A track record of using data & insights to build strong cases for change. Strong analytical ability with a data driven and strategic mind-set Knowledge of Product Governance and responsible lending regulation. Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate at all levels and manage a large stakeholder network Effective prioritisation skills, able to demonstrate the ability to manage own workload in a fast-moving environment.
