Product Marketing Content Creator

to join our team. This isn't your typical corporate marketing role. We want someone who can take heavy industrial machinery and turn it into "scroll-stopping," viral-style content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube.

If you have a passion for end-to-end production--from planning and filming in a workshop environment to advanced editing on macOS--this is your chance to own the digital presence of a leading technical brand.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of high-impact digital assets that drive engagement and brand awareness. Your daily tasks will include:

Content Creation:

Planning, filming, and editing high-quality video and photography of Mantech products and on-site operations.

Viral Strategy:

Researching and applying the latest social media trends, sounds, and algorithms to

maximise

the reach of every post.

Platform Management:

Executing daily uploads and managing community engagement across TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.

Digital Design:

Using Canva and the Affinity suite to translate technical machinery into engaging visual assets.

Asset Management:

Maintaining an

organised

digital library of raw and finished assets on macOS for efficient workflow.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Criteria:

Education:

A Degree or equivalent professional certification in Digital Media, Film Production, or Marketing.

Portfolio:

A proven track record of creating viral-style content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in macOS and experience with industry-standard graphic design suites (Adobe, Canva, or Affinity).

Editing Skills:

Experience with professional video editing software like Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Availability:

Ready to work full-time hours (07:30-16:30).

Desirable Skills:

Hands-on experience with professional video production (lighting and audio) in industrial or workshop environments. A UK Driving

Licence

(to visit customer sites when required). A collaborative mindset and the ability to take full responsibility for projects.
