Principal duties

Create marketing documents including datasheets, instruction manuals, technical papers, newsletters, and competitor comparisons Build a close relationship with the worldwide distributor network and communicate with them effectively to increase export sales Assist with website development, publicity, advertising and social media marketing Identify growth opportunities within market segments and applications Collaborate with the R&D department to identify new product development opportunities and prepare Product Requirement Specifications Assist with technical and commercial enquiries, quotations, sales administration and other company duties as required

Skills required

Excellent English language skills - both written and spoken A qualification in Instrumentation, Electronics Engineering or Physics to HNC, or higher Flexibility, enthusiasm and self-motivation Confidence when dealing with customers and fellow employees Ability to cope under pressure and prioritise workload Experience in sales or marketing in a manufacturing company would be an advantage

Future Prospects

For the right candidate, following the 6-month probationary period, there will be the opportunity to travel nationally and internationally to meet new customers and to help train distributors.

Pay: From 37,500.00 per year
