About the job
This is an exciting time to join Nourish, with many new products launching into the portfolio.
You will play a supporting role in the Product Marketing team, working closely with Product Marketing Managers to execute key initiatives.
A major focus of your role will be competitor analysis, identifying market trends, strengths, and gaps across rival offerings.
You will maintain and update competitor battlecards, win/loss insights, and displacement messaging to empower Sales and SDR teams.
Your work will ensure our positioning remains sharp and compelling in a competitive market.
You will assist with go-to-market activities for new product releases, helping prepare communications and enablement materials.
You will also support product launch enablement sessions, ensuring internal teams have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Additionally, you'll contribute to positioning frameworks, buyer persona research, and creation of product-led collateral that is clear, compelling, and impactful.
The role and responsibilities
Maintain and update competitor battlecards and win/loss insights to support Sales and SDR teams
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform positioning and messaging
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure competitive intelligence is actionable and timely
Assist with go-to-market activities for product releases and internal enablement tools
Help coordinate release communications across a range of channels
Support enablement sessions by preparing materials and assisting with logistics
Contribute to informing new product functionality by delivering market and competitor insight to the product team
Assist in developing persona research across current product lines and new innovations
Collaborate closely with colleagues in customer-facing teams to gather intelligence and communicate updates
Support delivery of customer-facing collateral to help with understanding and adoption of products and feature
Required Experience
Proven experience as a Product Marketing Executive or similar role
Capability to pick up new systems quickly
Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills
Strong desk research skills and an ability to communicate complex information clearly
Motivated to be a team player and work in close collaboration with others
