Overview



We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to support the go-to-market success of our Cyber, Data Protection, and InfoSec product portfolio. This is a high-impact role that bridges the gap between product, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive growth and market insight.


You will be responsible for working closely with the Head of Product Marketing and wider Commercial team to define the strategic direction, orchestrating GTM activities, and ensuring our products win in the market through differentiated positioning and messaging, compelling commercials, and seamless functional enablement.

Responsibilities



Strategic Planning



Support the development the product marketing strategy for designated products within the category aligned with business goals and market trends. Interface with the broader marketing function to execute against the strategy including decision making around PR, Webinar, PPC, SEO, and Events targeting Work closely with Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership to influence GTM roadmaps and growth priorities.

Idea Prioritisation



Objective evaluation of market opportunities and customer insights to prioritise existing product optimisation, new product ideas, and other strategic initiatives. Aid creation of business cases to support investment in new propositions or marketing initiatives.

Market & Competitive Analysis



Support continuous market and competitor analysis to deeply understand the positioning of products against key competitors and market requirements. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for positioning, pricing, and sales strategies.

Proposition Portfolio Management



Help to define the value propositions, target segments, and messaging frameworks for each solution. Develop and help to manage positioning of allocated products within the portfolio.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Management



Support cross-functional GTM plans for product launches and updates in collaboration with Operations, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. Track the effectiveness of GTM strategies, reporting progress and impact to stakeholders, including providing recommendations for change to accelerate growth.

Positioning & Messaging



Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and differentiated across all channels and touchpoints. Aligning it with the group brand and product-level messaging architecture.

Sales & Channel Enablement



Equip Sales, Business Development, and Account Management teams with the tools, training, and content needed to effectively sell the product.

Support the marketing team to deliver the right value propositions, content and messaging across each marketing channel.



Ongoing activities



Review plans regularly post launch to ensure product propositions are still aligned, adapt and amend where necessary. Regular review of all marketing activity surrounding product lines to ensure sales and delivery targets are met.

Ideal Candidate Specifications

Experience:

4 years+ of proven track record working in cross-functional teams to launch propositions to the B2B market.

Industry Knowledge:

Cyber, data protection or information security experience is an advantage.

Hands on approach:

Ability to get involved in many areas of the business, engage credibly with the team, talk knowledgably about product marketing techniques and bring your experience to problem solving.

Technical Skills:

Understanding of product marketing techniques including market segmentation, buyer persona's, product-market fit and how to leverage data to drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Ability to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels and influence key business outcomes.

Customer Focused:

Demonstrated ability to motivate teams to deliver customer-centric outcomes.

Organisational Skills:

Highly organised with strong planning and project management abilities, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Personal Attributes




Excellent written and oral communications skills, and attention to detail. Resilient with the capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment. Adept at problem-solving with a can-do attitude, able to adapt to rapid change. Excellent time and project management.

Other



Some national travel should be expected as part of the role. The ability to work remotely and as part of a remote team.
