Climate X is a purpose-driven technology company, backed by GV (Google Ventures), Western Technologies (early investors in Meta, Google, Palantir), Commerz Ventures, Pale Blue Dot, Deloitte, and other world-class investors. We're a wonderfully diverse, growing team with physical offices in London (our HQ) and New York.
Demand for Climate X is growing fast, and we need to build our team!
You'll be at the forefront of a nascent industry, working as part of a fantastic and diverse team and doing things that you can be proud of. We're excited to have the opportunity to speak with you during this process.
Our mission
To deepen the understanding of our changing planet and inspire meaningful action.
What we do
We're helping the world become more resilient to the impacts of physical climate risks (including floods, fires, storms, and more). Doing so, we help drive positive global impact aligned with many of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Our team builds cutting-edge, peer-reviewed science (incorporating climate projections and remote sensing data) and translates that into financial impacts (such as the value of assets or business disruption linked to failure of critical infrastructure) that our customers in the financial services industry use to identify, manage, and mitigate those risks.
Climate X's customers include the world's largest banks, asset managers, and insurance companies, including CBRE, Brookfield, and Virgin Money. It also has a partnership ecosystem that includes Deloitte, Capgemini, and AWS. Together, they manage over $6.5 trillion of assets.
Customers choose us thanks to our ecosystem of products that help solve real human problems and drive tangible business benefits to their clients. They love our customer-centric mindset and our pace of innovation in the market.
The Role
We're hiring a seasoned Product Marketing Manager (IC4) to lead our solutions' go-to-market customer and product collateral positioning (internal and external), and unify the commercial messaging for Climate X's platform and features. This is a critical, high-impact individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, with a clear mandate to drive customer-value alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
This role is for someone who has held similar positions in other fast-scaling startups/scale-ups, enabling commercial teams to succeed, and executing go-to-market initiatives. You'll be responsible for translating complex product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with our target customer verticals. You'll own the execution of launch strategies, deliver best-in-class enablement, and influence the roadmap through market and customer insights.
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, build structure, and drive results fast.
