The role




We're looking for a strategic and action-oriented Product & Tech Planning Manager to support the product planning function for our next-generation motorcycle products. As we shape the future of mobility, you'll sit at the intersection of product development, product planning and commercial execution--owning the story, positioning, and success of our two-wheeled offerings.


This is a key role in influencing product roadmaps, defining research frameworks, and ensuring our motorcycles resonate with riders of today and tomorrow. You'll help translate engineering and design innovation into compelling customer experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and sales.

Duties/Responsibilities



Strategy & Positioning



Develop product & tech strategy for motorcycle products across performance, electric, and urban mobility segments. Develop prognosis of tech and product trends relevant to motorcycles, align with changing consumer trends in premium motorcycle space. Partner with product management and design teams to shape feature prioritisation based on market and rider insights.

Product Launch & Lifecycle



Lead cross-functional planning between marketing, design, engineering and NPD to arrive at "Right-fit" for the product in mid-long term Own product naming, feature messaging, and content briefs to fuel multi-channel campaigns. Develop product marketing content, translating engineering language to creative communication.

Market & Customer Insight



Conduct competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and rider research to inform positioning and product direction. Stay on top of industry trends, tech innovation, and consumer expectations in mobility and two-wheeled transport. Represent the voice of the rider within the business, championing insights that inspire product and brand decisions.

Sales Enablement & Tools



Develop materials and training for sales, dealer networks, and customer experience teams to clearly communicate product benefits. Input to product collateral (brochures, one-pagers, videos) that support sell-in and sell-through.

Collaboration & Leadership



Act as the central bridge between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Design--ensuring alignment from roadmap to rollout. Support global and local market adaptation where relevant, tailoring messaging to regional customer needs.

Personal Specification



6+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the automotive, powersports, or mobility sectors. Strong background in launching premium consumer products with technical complexity. Proven ability to distil technical details into emotionally resonant messaging. Experience working with cross-functional teams across product, creative, sales, and engineering. Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration; able to take initiative and lead through change. Deep empathy for riders and a passion for motorcycles or innovative mobility solutions. Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.

Desirable:



Experience with performance motorcycles. Familiarity with aftermarket products, accessories, or lifestyle brand integration. Global marketing experience or multilingual communication capability.
