About the role
BigHand is looking for an ambitious Product Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of growth for our Workflow Management product. Reporting into the Head of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling product messaging, and positioning our offerings to resonate with legal professionals.
This role will work closely with the Product MD and Product Manager within our Workflow Management business to ensure marketing is contributing and delivering value at every stage of the product development process for this product.
Due to the highly cross-functional nature of product marketing, this role will also work regularly with teams across the wider business including product, marketing, sales, solutions and customer success
What
you'll do
Lead on creating the go-to-market positioning, positioning and messaging frameworks for your product(s)
Bring current and new solutions & features to market and contribute to the ongoing product strategy
Build competitor and market analysis - with continuous monitoring & updating
Build, understand & update ICPs (Ideal customer profiles) for both buyers and users of the products
Create and enhance sales enablement materials (such as pitch decks) and run internal sales training
Work with teams across the business to ensure product enhancements are communicated effectively, both internally and externally
Plan and manage product operational and end-of-life communications
Keeping customer facing roadmaps up to date
Work with the wider marketing team to support lead generation activities for your products
Provide mentorship and guidance to more junior members of the marketing team
What we're looking for
At least 4 years previous work experience within a B2B marketing role, with at least 1 years' experience working in a product marketing-focused role
Experience of developing and implementing successful go to market strategies and launches for new products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience of message development
Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate, motivate and influence at the highest level
An understanding of the importance of digital marketing activities as part of the marketing mix
Experience of using a marketing automation tool, such as Pardot, for a targeted and personalised approach, delivering successful results
Excellent attention to detail and a strong customer focus
Experience analysing and distilling data into actionable insights to inform product marketing activities
