About the role:
We're looking for an Experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive product adoption and go-to-market. You'll be the connector between what we build and how we commercialise it and take it to market, whilst keeping a close eye on the competitive landscape.
Our Product team deeply understands our users and what to build. Our Marketing team knows how to reach people and tell compelling stories our sales team know sell and our customer success team know how demonstrate value. You're the person who brings these worlds together, ensuring the many value streams of our product actually get used, understood, and adopted throughout our current and future customer base.
What you'll own:
Go-to-market
- You'll lead product launches end-to-end. Define positioning, set launch timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and defining success metrics.. To be successful you'll need to collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to drive adoption.
Product Adoption
- New capabilities mean nothing if customers don't use them. You'll monitor adoption metrics, identify barriers, and create the enablement, education, and messaging needed to turn feature usage into daily habit.
The product-commercial bridge
- You'll translate what we build into stories that resonate. Turn product releases into campaign angles for marketing, sales narratives that close deals, and content that actually showcases our capabilities.
Market & Customer Insight
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to understand needs and market landscape. Then turn these insights into actionable data points to support our product and sales and marketing teams.
What you'll need:
You're analytical and data-driven - comfortable in product analytics tools (like Pendo), tracking adoption metrics, and using data to identify what's working and what's not. But you're also creative - able to make features feel exciting and turn product capabilities into compelling stories.
You understand product and commercial fundamentals and can speak both product and marketing languages fluently. You're the person who can sit in a sprint review and a campaign planning meeting on the same day and add value to both.
Collaboration is essential here. You'll work across the entire business - Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success - often without direct authority. You're comfortable being the voice of the product in commercial conversations and the voice of the market in product discussions.
Most importantly, you genuinely care about whether customers understand and adopt what gets built. This isn't a classic PMM role doing market research from scratch - product discovery handles that. It's not pure demand gen either - marketing owns that. You're the person who ensures great product work doesn't launch into a void, and that our commercial teams always have rich, real product stories to tell.
