Based from our offices in Telford, this role will encompass a wide variety of activities, office and field based, communicating externally and internally, providing analysis and data, you'll be immersed in the product sector, understanding the market, dealers and competitors, and ensuring that relevant information is distributed and presented appropriately.
You'll provide a pivotal role in linking sales and technical teams, delivering product training and developing marketing material appropriate to the UK market in order to maximise sales activities for our arable product ranges.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and delivering group presentations for seminars/training courses/events for dealers/end users on and off-line
Planning, compiling, proof reading on- and off-line marketing, promotional material and price lists
Working with the agricultural press and PR agencies to maintain visibility
Participate before, during and after shows and events where necessary
Managing prototype and evaluation machines working in the UK in conjunction with the technical product support team
Managing factory information flow and ensuring they understand the needs of the UK market
Market share analysis and indepth sales/market studies
Monitoring monthly sales, factory lead times, stock and factory ordering in liaison with the Sales Manager
Providing knowledge based support for technical, sales and compatibility queries
Supporting KUHN UK team and dealers with training, on farm sales visits and demonstrations
Essential Experience:
Strong background in farming with excellent knowledge of current farming practices, particularly from a technology / precision farming aspect
Hands-on and practical experience in the operation of modern agricultural machinery
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of establishing and developing rewarding professional relationships, with a well-developed spectrum of communication strategies
Strong level of IT literacy and familiar with modern sales and marketing methods including social media and CRM systems
Located within a commutable distance from our Telford offices
Full, clean driving licence
