London or Kings-Hill-based with hybrid working (2-3 days a week in the office). All roles will involve occasional travel to both office locations.

Circa 38k per annum

What you'll do




We are looking for a Product Operations Co-ordinator to support the smooth running of CAF's product operations, including governance, management information and documentation. This role will coordinate the monthly Product Governance Committee and track open initiatives and deliverables. As a team we are motivated by improving the flow of funds to the charity sector and this role will play a vital part in keeping us organised around good operations and governance practice.


As our Product Operations Co-ordinator you will:


Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and materials for the monthly Product Governance Committee meetings Track and monitor open actions from annual product reviews, providing the team with a holistic picture of actions and identifying where there are overlaps and priorities Undertake regular analysis of available data through the Product and Finance Dashboards, to provide team with insights to inform product decisions and enable monitoring of product performance Co-ordinate the Product Team on the strategic planning process including budgeting Supporting Senior / Product Managers and conducting periodic checks on our online portals to ensure page navigation and links are functional. Schedule and coordinate product team meetings, including preparing agendas, sending out invitations, and tracking actions.
