Now, we need a Product Operations Manager to help us achieve our product-led growth ambitions and continue to deliver value to our partners, lenders and customers.

Our dynamic platform leverages powerful data sets to paint a complete picture of a customer\xe2\x80\x99s finances, allowing us to accurately match them to the right product for their needs and deliver personal credit solutions 24-7. The Aro Marketplace can be embedded into any digital environment via an API, allowing our partners to offer a seamless end-to-end brand experience for their customers.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising our product teams and driving excellence across the organisation. You will be responsible for streamlining critical routines, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

You will devote full attention to the bigger picture by applying operational discipline to the entire cross-functional team. Therefore, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help clear a path to ensure the rest of the team - product managers, designers, engineers and data scientists - can perform under the best possible circumstances.

Responsibilities:

  • Streamlined Product Development: As the Product Operations Manager, you will optimise our product development processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and enhance product quality. You will lead initiatives that foster continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitating effective communication and alignment among product, engineering, data, and other teams. You will create an environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork across departments, enabling smoother product development.
  • Project Management: Coordinate multi-squad product development projects, ensuring the appropriate coordination and collaboration. You will be responsible for organising multi-squad projects to deliver as a coherent unit with the right quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Utilise data and multi-sources of feedback to identify areas for improvement in our product development process. With a data-driven approach, you will make informed recommendations to enhance processes, driving efficiency and productivity gains.
  • Stakeholder Management: By building strong relationships and engaging with stakeholders at various levels, you will align expectations, provide regular updates, and gather feedback to ensure successful product outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and challenges, you will collaborate with product squads to implement strategies to mitigate them. Your proactive approach will contribute to the resilience of our product development initiatives.
  • Incident Management and Support: You will oversee the entire incident management and support process, ensuring efficient and effective handling of customer issues and incidents as well as ensuring any lessons learnt are actioned.
  • Performance Metrics: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), you will coordinate and consolidate the success measurement of product initiatives and operational efficiency.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in product management, project management, or operations management within a technology-driven company.
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Prior experience with process optimisation will be a valuable asset.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing business priorities.
  • A passion for innovation and technology, combined with a customer-centric mindset.
