Deliver or organize training for operational staff where required, supporting new product features and operational changes. Work in partnership with presales and solution sales teams to monitor high-profile customer onboarding and adoption, ensuring customer requirements are met and projects are implemented successfully. Exercise high-level decision-making and oversight on Value Added Services (VAS) requests, such as APN builds and bespoke configurations. Review, evaluate, and drive new Conexa product requests from internal or group stakeholders, coordinating their adoption and configuration. Collaborate with all Wireless Logic OPCOs to collect, analyze, and implement product requirements and technical configurations. Support commercial teams in structuring and launching bespoke Conexa products. Oversee the technical and functional management of all Conexa interfaces, integrations, and touchpoints across internal and external platforms.

Required Qualifications

Deep understanding of core network architecture, SIM lifecycle management, IMSI/numbers inventory, and telecom service integration. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and coordinate effectively across technical and commercial domains.
