As a Product Operations Manager at Henry Schein One, you'll be at the heart of a global, fast-scaling product organisation that's redefining what dental care looks like. In this role, you will architect the systems, rhythms, and rituals that keep our product teams focused, and aligned across multiple countries. Your work will enable real-time decisions, unblock delivery bottlenecks, and bring order to complexity.
From building repeatable launch frameworks and templates, to scaling agile operations that span continents, you'll be instrumental in helping us move from product management to product velocity. As we double down on AI-powered experiences and a unified cloud platform, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our execution engine is just as modern, intelligent, and user-centric as the products we ship.
What You'll Do

Design and implement scalable product operations processes, systems, and cadences that enhance speed, alignment, and delivery
Manage and evolve the product tooling ecosystem (e.g. Jira, Slite, Slack, and more), ensuring it meets the growing needs of the product org
Facilitate roadmap visibility and progress tracking to improve transparency and strategic alignment
Drive adoption of modern AI and automation tools that eliminate repetitive work and accelerate feedback loops
Continuously improve the flow of information, surfacing insights and feedback that sharpen execution and decision-makin
Architect and scale product workflows that keep teams aligned globally; from sprint planning and launch cycles to feedback loops and retrospectives
Select, implement, and manage the suite of product and collaboration tools, building adoption strategies and governance
Standardise documentation, templates, and best practices; creating playbooks that support consistency and scale across the product org
Maintain single source of truth for product planning and portfolio visibility, ensuring everyone works from the same, up-to-date context
What You'll Bring With You
------------------------------
> 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Delivery Operations, ideally within high-growth SaaS or tech environments
> Proven experience implementing and managing modern AI-enabled product tooling (e.g. Linear Copilot, Notion AI, Dovetail, Productboard AI, Cursor)
> Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable processes that increase clarity and speed
> Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to influence across functions and time zones
> Comfort with ambiguity; ability to bring structure to chaos without creating unnecessary process
> Curiosity about emerging tech, AI, and automation--and how they can streamline product ops at scale
> Customer and outcome obsessed mindset, with a strong bias for enabling high-leverage work across the product organisation
