About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, proactive Product Owner to join our high-performing Learning Library product team. You'll work closely with the Product Director, who leads the team overall, and act as a key partner, helping to deliver day-to-day progress while staying focused on long-term outcomes.



This is a highly collaborative role, embedded in a cross-functional team with learning designers, graphic designers, subject matter experts and QA. You'll need to be as comfortable supporting the quality of our e-learning lessons as you are shaping backlogs and be willing to pitch in wherever needed to help the team succeed.

What You Will Be Doing

Supporting the Product Director in managing and progressing the team's roadmap, backlog, and delivery. Working closely with learning designers, graphic designers, QA and stakeholders to shape, prioritize and ship updated and new library content. Helping to run customer research, collect insight from internal and external sources, and feed it into the team's work. Supporting sales, account management, and customer success teams with product insight and customer conversations. Contributing to launch planning, internal communications, and release tracking. Helping the team stay focused, aligned, and clear on goals and progress.

Who We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Product Ownership: You will have at least 2 years of experience in a product owner/manager role, ideally working within cross-functional teams to drive development and delivery. Backlog and Delivery: You will have a clear understanding of how to manage a product backlog and support agile delivery practices. Decision-Making: You will bring experience in shaping product decisions using customer research, data, and commercial insight to guide prioritization and strategy. Collaboration: You will have strong collaboration and communication skills, confident working across disciplines, with external stakeholders, and in customer-facing settings. Customer Engagement: You will be comfortable engaging with customers, whether gathering feedback, participating in sales conversations, or helping account managers understand roadmap decisions. Leadership and Support: You will be a team player who's happy to lead when needed and provide support when that's what's most valuable. Organization and Delivery: You will be organized, thoughtful, and focused on delivering value iteratively and pragmatically in a fast-paced environment.

Although not essential, it would be advantageous to have the following:

Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field (e.g. English, Communications, Education, Media). Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Adapt, Rise, Storyline) is desirable but not essential. Awareness of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and/or content testing practices is a plus.
