As a Product Owner - Content Capability you will be digitally transforming the way Barclays attracts new and serves existing customers by supporting multichannel content and personalisation delivery. This includes leading the development of new features within the technology, working on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, collaborating with stakeholders including working with technical teams in BX. You will be gathering content requirements, supporting and delivering strategic initiatives for content management across digital channels.
To be successful as a Product Owner - Content Capability, you should have experience with
Ability to work with various stakeholders and collaborating with technical teams.
Expertise in Content or personalisation management and delivery across app, web and multichannel
Ability to work with data, this includes gathering and validating content requirements.
Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe product suite, e.g. Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, DTM etc.
Have previous experience working in SCRUM/Agile environment.
Ability to use tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Previous experience in development and product delivery this includes creating product roadmaps, prioritising a product backlog and articulating a product vision.
Some other highly valued skills may include
Knowledge of leading edge technology such as AI, ML and Cloud
Previous experience working in large complex organisation.
Digital product owner experience.
