What you'll do day-to-day:
Own and prioritise the roadmap for data integrations, marketing journeys, and affiliate platforms.
Turn ideas into clear stories, maintain a tidy backlog, and guide cross-functional development squads.
Monitor and improve data quality, latency, and site performance - fixing issues fast and driving continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Design to build intuitive flows and test early with real users.
Optimise site journeys for speed, clarity, and conversion, working with SEO and content teams.
Design tools for marketers and affiliates - enabling campaign planning, loyalty programs, partner dashboards, and AI-driven insights.
Track and analyse key metrics like conversion lift, customer value, traffic, sign-ups, and partner satisfaction.
Communicate updates to stakeholders in crisp, jargon-free language.

Have 2+ product roles focused on data, integrations, marketing, engagement, affiliate, e-commerce, or content platforms.
Enjoy turning messy data into simple, repeatable pipelines and optimising digital journeys.
Can lead cross-functional teams with clear, decisive communication and make tough trade-off calls.
Get excited about AI-powered personalisation and turning raw data into actionable insight.
Speak the language of SLAs, data governance, uptime, SEO, and conversion optimisation, and can turn these into backlog priorities.
Are comfortable negotiating API contracts with external partners and unblocking internal teams.
Have hands-on experience with marketing-automation, CRM, or affiliate tools and understand what moves the needle for marketers and partners.
