Are you ready to play a key role in developing innovative digital solutions that transform how property transactions are completed? As a Product Owner, you'll lead the charge in building and refining products that streamline ID verification, Anti Money Laundering, and Source of Funds processes for legal and financial professionals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to make a real impact across a range of SaaS solutions in the PropTech space. You'll become a subject matter expert across our suite of cloud-based services, helping shape the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and empowered to deliver.


From gathering and translating user needs into detailed requirements, to supporting Sales and Marketing in customer meetings, you'll be involved in the full product lifecycle. Agile is at the heart of how we work, so you'll be participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, keeping projects moving forward and removing any blockers along the way. This is a hybrid role that includes in-person workshops, typically in Swindon or Birmingham, offering the best of both collaborative and flexible working.

About You

You'll bring at least three years' experience in a Product Owner or similar role within software development, ideally with a strong grounding in SaaS products. You understand Agile inside and out, and you know how to communicate complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with both developers and business teams.


You're confident presenting to stakeholders, gathering and prioritising feedback, and writing user stories and acceptance criteria using tools like Jira and Confluence. Your analytical mind helps you stay focused on user needs, and your natural curiosity means you're always looking to improve the product. Experience with ID verification, AML, or Source of Funds services is a huge plus, as is any knowledge of the property market or PropTech industry.
