We're now looking for a passionate and driven Product Owner to join our Stockbroking Lab. You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering new features that enhance our investment platform, ensuring we continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Working closely with engineers, journey managers and stakeholders, you'll help prioritise and deliver meaningful change that makes a real difference.
What you'll be doing:Feature Delivery - Lead the launch of new customer and colleague journeys, ensuring each release delivers clear value from concept to live Collaboration - Work closely with engineers and journey managers to break down work into deliverable increments and oversee successful implementation Backlog Ownership - Prioritise and manage the team's product backlog, aligning with other Product Owners and Lab leadership to refine the overall roadmap Governance - Ensure change governance is followed, with appropriate documentation and stakeholder engagement Readiness Support - Coordinate training, communications and testing to ensure smooth implementation of new features Benefits Realisation - Monitor and track the impact of changes across customer, commercial and technology outcomes

What you'll need:Product Ownership Experience - Proven track record of backlog management, prioritisation and delivery of customer-focused features Investment Market Knowledge - Strong understanding of the UK investments market gained through operational and project roles Change Delivery - Experience delivering customer and technology change with a focus on measurable outcomes Stakeholder Management - Ability to engage and influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams Risk Management - Familiarity with RAID principles and experience managing delivery risks and escalations Technical Awareness - A good grasp of technology concepts to help navigate blockers and ensure efficient solutions
