We're looking for a Lead Product Owner to help shape the future of our stockbroking services. You'll work closely with the Lab Product Owner and a talented team of engineers, journey managers and stakeholders to design and deliver outstanding digital experiences. What you'll be doing:Lead delivery of customer and colleague journeys - Own the end-to-end process from concept to live, ensuring measurable value is delivered. Collaborate across teams - Work with engineers and journey managers to break down work into deliverable increments aligned with customer needs and business goals. Own and prioritise the product backlog - Shape the Lab's roadmap in partnership with other Product Owners and Lab Leadership. Oversee change governance - Ensure compliance with internal frameworks and regulatory standards. Drive readiness activities - Lead training, communications, testing and implementation planning for new features. Champion delivery excellence - Showcase progress and outcomes across the Lab and wider Group.

What you'll need:Proven Product Owner experience - Strong track record of backlog ownership and prioritisation. Leadership across multiple teams - Experience empowering delivery teams across locations. Deep understanding of the UK investments market - Gained through both operational and project roles. Strong stakeholder management - Comfortable working with director-level collaborators. Risk and governance expertise - Skilled in managing delivery risks and navigating complex change processes. Technical awareness - Able to help resolve blockers and ensure efficient, scalable solutions.
