We're working with a leading UK retail bank undergoing a major shift in how they manage customer journeys across core banking products. They are moving from a traditional structure with decentralised product responsibility to a more formalised product ownership model - with an emphasis on solution ownership, customer-centric design and operational control.
This contract role will play a key part in shaping and optimising customer journeys across current accounts and overdraft products. You'll lead the review of existing processes, map journeys end-to-end and collaborate with compliance, risk and operations teams to re-engineer where needed.
