Job Summary


We seek a dedicated and skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding the development of our products, ensuring they meet both customer needs and business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in user acceptance testing, software development life cycle (SDLC), and project management will be essential in driving product success.

:

- Managing the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs and facilitating effective communication and decision-making between stakeholders.

- Overseeing the development and delivery of software solutions, continuously gathering feedback, and monitoring performance to drive product enhancements.

- Contributing to the development of product roadmaps and strategic planning, serving as the primary point of contact for end-users, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather detailed product requirements and user stories.

- Acting as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, participating in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, and monitoring and reporting on key product metrics to drive decision-making and improvements.

- Staying current with industry trends and managing and prioritizing work in an Agile environment to ensure the team focuses on delivering high-value features.

- Ensure timely and effective resolution of end-user inquiries and issues.

- Provide clear and concise documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support end-user adoption and proficiency.

- Accurately capture and communicate user feedback and requirements to relevant stakeholders.

- Under supervision, assist in the testing and validation of system updates and enhancements.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: 350.00-400.00 per day

Day shift Monday to Friday
