The Role

We are looking for a

Product Owner

to join our energetic and driven team. This is a standout opportunity to help

build and scale Purchase Warrior

, our newest product,

launched in July 2025

, which is now going through

rapid growth

.

You'll primarily work from our

South Gyle office

, collaborating closely with the team in person, while also benefiting from

flexible working arrangements

where appropriate. You'll be part of a

fast-paced, startup-style environment

What You'll Be Doing

Helping shape and prioritise the product backlog Working directly with customers and internal teams to solve real problems Supporting the growth and evolution of

Purchase Warrior

Contributing to

user-centric UX design

, including wireframes and flows Using tools such as

Figma

(experience is a bonus -- training provided) Supporting B2B customer projects and product-related queries Continuously improving how we build, deliver, and support our products

Skills & Experience

Experience in B2B projects or customer-facing roles Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems Ability to manage priorities and stay calm under pressure Clear communication and collaboration skills Experience in

Purchase-to-Pay, Stock Management, Recipe Management, Procurement, Hospitality, or UX

is a plus Experience with

Figma or UX tools

is desirable but not essential
