Job Profile:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Agile and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and Scrum Masters to ensure our product vision is translated into a successful product roadmap and deliverables. This role requires full EST overlap, ensuring seamless collaboration with our global team.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, clearly defining and prioritizing product features and requirements. Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs. Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product increments. Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure smooth progress and alignment. Define user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that they are well-understood by the development teams. Work within the SAFe framework to manage cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment across Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Continuously analyze market trends, customer feedback, and data to inform product decisions and improve the product offering. Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and align on priorities.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience as a product owner or in a similar role in an Agile environment. Experience in Financial Services Industry is a must Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies. Proven experience in translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different time zones. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.

Nice-to-Have:

Certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager. Experience working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools. Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
