As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Product Owners to join our team and contribute to our company mission.

Role Overview

Join us as a Product Owner and take the reins of a dedicated development team, working towards elevating our customer-focused platform. We have an exciting opportunity within Service and bookings: Your insights will shape how merchants from pop ups, Salons, Barbers, Beauty Parlour's and Nail Salons interact with our system.

Key Responsibilities

Forge the vision for our Cloud Back Office and cater to the needs of our vast merchant base. Actively participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle. Engage cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure seamless go-to market strategies. Harness data analytics to fuel our product growth and evolution.

About You

Product management experience, preferably in a SaaS setting. Proven track record of transforming customer needs into tangible product features. Comprehensive experience in the end-to-end product development process. Familiarity with retail and restaurant operations, striving to deliver unparalleled customer experiences.

Nice to Have

Experience across either Hospitality, Retail, Payments domains Experience with both Web and Android applications. Deep insights into the Hospitality or E-Commerce sectors.
