Are you a highly organised, detail-driven professional with a passion for bringing products to life? We're looking for a Product Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the development and launch of innovative products.
What You'll Be Doing:
Project Management:
Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables using project tools.
Team Coordination:
Be the central point of contact across departments like NPD, Production, Packaging, Quality, and Sales.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain clear records and communicate updates, risks, and dependencies.
Costing:
Create product costings for ingredients and retail-packed products.
Budget Oversight:
Monitor budgets and resources, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Supplier Liaison:
Support vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Quality Assurance:
Coordinate product testing to meet company and industry standards.
What You'll Bring:
Experience in project coordination or administration, ideally within product development or tech.
Strong skills in project management tools, collaboration platforms (e.g. Slack), and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Impressive organisational and multitasking skills.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus: ERP systems knowledge and Prince2 or equivalent certification.
