Audient Ltd designs and manufactures a range of professional audio products used in recording studios around the world. We have a strong focus on delivering products which are both elegant and simple to use, while moving the industry forward.

Job Summary

The position brings the opportunity to work amongst colleagues that are passionate about simplifying the creative process and designing great products. The role will be focussed on ensuring that Audient products maintain a high level of reliability, performance and usability.

You will work closely with the Technical Support and Research & Development teams, and have direct communication with end users. You will be tasked with testing new and existing products, developing testing regimes, auditing production test data and building up strong beta testing groups.

The role requires a logical, patient and a thorough approach with strong writing skills, and a

solid understanding of professional audio equipment and digital audio workstations.

Key Responsibilities:

? Comprehensive testing of new hardware, software and firmware

? Working with customers and the Technical Support team to understand issues arising in

the field

? Reporting findings to the Research and Development team

? Implementing automated testing

? Auditing production tests results to ensure quality is being maintained

? Manage hardware and software beta testing programmes

Required Skills:

? A deep understanding of how our products are used in their various applications

? Strong communication skills

? The ability to work independently

? Strong troubleshooting skills

? Experience in system testing

? Programming and automation experience

Useful Skills

:

? Electronics

? Experience providing technical support

? Familiarity with audio test equipment and methodologies

Qualifications

? Undergraduate degree in Music Technology or similar experience

Pay: 27,000.00-32,000.00 per year
