What is a Product Specialist?

Think of yourself as a guide; a brand ambassador. The person who makes a customer's journey memorable, exciting and simple.


In this role, you will:

Be the first face-to-face contact for customers, representing both Donnelly Group and VW, Cupra or Skoda Engage with customers, presenting and demonstrating vehicles Become an expert in VW, CUPRA & SKODA full model ranges Deliver personalised experiences built on understanding customer needs and behaviours Work closely with the wider sales and customer service teams to uphold our brand promise

After completing the 4-week training programme, you'll be ready to welcome customers into our new showroom -- with continuous development and support as you progress in your career.
