The Role:



Reporting to the Product Services Manager, the Product Specialist will provide consultation and training for our clients and partner network. A key party of this role involves providing internal training and support to ensure our teams have the knowledge required to support and implement clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:



oDeliver training and consultancy to new and existing clients and partners (will involve some interstate and international travel).

oCollaborate closely with the Product Services Manager and other stakeholders to understand new features and changes.

oDeliver training sessions, webinars or workshops to both internal and external teams within the local region, ensuring smooth adoption and knowledge transfer during software release cycles.

oCertify partners to enable them to deliver training independently.

oProvide feedback to the content team on training manuals, documentation, and other materials.

oSupport the sales team by providing subject-matter expertise during the sales process.

oAssisting Support Team as and when required.

oSupport the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with the Product Services Manager and peers across other regions.

oContribute to the testing of new software features and provide feedback to the release services team.

oParticipate in team meetings to share updates and highlight roadblocks.

oSupport the design and delivery of training in conjunction with peers across other regions.

oTrack time and ensure service delivery aligns with budget and project scope.

oSupport change management and project scoping.

oContribute to tender responses and bid presentations.

Skills and Experience



Essential:



oMinimum Five (5) years relevant work experience -in the Legal software market and /or Legal Accounting environment.

oStrong Customer focus is required.

oSuperior oral and written communication skills.

oAssess the skills of team members and ensure training is delivered to build skills

oStrong ability to motivate others.

oAbility to contribute towards building effective teams.

Desirable:



Minimum five (5) years' experience in a consulting role

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
