As a Product Supply Manager, you will lead a team of supply chain professionals responsible for proactively managing stock and availability to ensure optimal service for our customers. You will build strong, collaborative relationships with demand planners, customer planning, procurement, and suppliers to deliver the best possible customer experience.
This role is based in our
Bicester office
, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional weekend shifts on a rota/requirement basis. Therefore, you must live within a reasonable commuting distance.
Key Accountabilities;
Lead the team to deliver on availability, stock and waste KPIs, providing optimum and cost-effective service to our customers.
Lead through a clear vision and as a role model of the Company Values, establishing and communicating clear direction, building talent through inclusive leadership, empowerment, coaching, recognition of good performance, driving process excellence and delivering constructive feedback.
Develop a high performing team through effective performance reviews and 121s, making the most effective use of capabilities, insight, and ideas from all individuals.

Build strong communication links with customers planning team's, demand, suppliers, procurement, and operations and establish a sustainable but challenging working relationships.
Lead the team to manage and challenge suppliers to meet/exceed supplier performance KPIs and in turn availability of product to meet our customer needs.
Point of escalation for your team, ensuring you continue to communicate business impact to key stakeholders.
Pro-actively produce and analyse data to understand key service issue trends across category.
Propose and manage solutions to issues to deliver optimum service through being the lead contact for all stakeholders in their relevant category.
Lead/attend supplier/ availability calls and coordinate improvement plans and communicate progress to relevant key stakeholders where required.
Represent their category at internal and external customer/supplier meetings.
Successfully implement and support business change and new processes within team.
Support the delivery of Supply Chain AGP, through optimal cost structure.
Act as cover in the absence of Category Manager.
