We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, enjoy problem-solving, are great listeners and have strong communication skills. The right candidate will join our Product Support Team in being the first point of call for inbound contact from our external customers, resolving queries, escalating where required and helping to deliver the best service to our 19,000+ customer base.


Full Time Hours - 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 - 17:00 on Friday. This role is office based for the first 6 months with the option of hybrid thereafter.








Responsibilities:




Answering first line support enquiries via telephone, email, and our CRM system (Salesforce) Personally, delivering outstanding customer service to all clients Contributing fairly to all departmental goals Attending training, listening to guidance & communications and other resources to understand your responsibilities in relation to the processing and protection of Personal Information and comply with the CPOMS Privacy Policy Being aware of how to identify risks and the regulatory requirements relating to Personal Information processed and implementing appropriate measures to mitigate and manage them

Required


Desire for providing outstanding customer service Confident in speaking over the phone Outstanding communication skills Be able to work in a team Great listener Fast learner Outstanding communication skills; both verbal and written Excellent organisational and time management skills Problem-solving skills Ability to empathise with people from all backgrounds, e.g. customers, second line teams, management, and development teams Grade C or above in Maths and English.

Desirable


Experience of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications Experience of support helpdesk software e.g. Salesforce

All roles are subject to a satisfactory DBS check
