We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, enjoy problem-solving, are great listeners and have strong communication skills. The right candidate will join our Product Support Team in being the first point of call for inbound contact from our external customers, resolving queries, escalating where required and helping to deliver the best service to our 19,000+ customer base.
Full Time Hours - 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 - 17:00 on Friday. This role is office based for the first 6 months with the option of hybrid thereafter.
Responsibilities:
Answering first line support enquiries via telephone, email, and our CRM system (Salesforce)
Personally, delivering outstanding customer service to all clients
Contributing fairly to all departmental goals
Attending training, listening to guidance & communications and other resources to understand your responsibilities in relation to the processing and protection of Personal Information and comply with the CPOMS Privacy Policy
Being aware of how to identify risks and the regulatory requirements relating to Personal Information processed and implementing appropriate measures to mitigate and manage them

Experience of support helpdesk software e.g. Salesforce
