Product Support & Sales Administrator
to join our dynamic team in Cookstown.Reporting to: Operations Manager
Hours: 7:15am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday | 7:15am - 3:15pm Friday

Be the Expert:
Provide top-notch technical support for our pressure washers, water pumps, and generators, including parts and accessories.Connect with Customers:
Interact with customers across the UK and Ireland via phone and email.Administration Skills:
Processing sales via our CRM software and helping customers out at our sales counter.Solve Problems:
Troubleshoot technical issues and offer expert advice.Collaborate Effectively:
Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.Stay Informed:
Keep up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends.What We're Looking For:
Power Product Know-How:
Experience with power products, small engines, or electrical machinery is a must.Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.Excellent Communicator:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are key.Problem-Solver:
A keen eye for detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.Team Player:
