Join LOFT's dynamic Buying & Merchandising team as a

Product Trading Manager

where you'll define the why, when, and what of our comprehensive product strategy across both Core and Project ranges. This is your opportunity to lead cross functional teams from product conception through to market delivery whilst building meaningful supplier relationships and driving innovation.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Product Leadership

Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for furniture and accessories Lead complete product lifecycle management from conception to end of life Integrate Gallery product range into our Core offering across Stocked and Non Stock categories

Supply Chain Excellence

Manage and coordinate our Preferred Supply Pool across all channels Build productive relationships with suppliers whilst negotiating optimal terms Source new products and manage ALL product assets and content

Cross Functional Impact

Provide crucial leadership between marketing, sales, and merchandising teams Deliver market ready products that can immediately go to target audiences Implement training programmes to build team confidence in our products

Innovation & Market Intelligence

Bring newness and innovation aligned with LOFT clientele requirements Conduct competitive analysis to identify range gaps and opportunities Monitor market trends to inform strategic product decisions

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience:

Proven experience in furniture buying/product management Track record of successful product and range management Experience liaising from operational to senior director level Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, AI and MS applications Understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and quality standards

Your Key Strengths:

Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills Cross functional leadership with ability to influence at all levels Deep understanding of furniture/interior design market trends First class communication and presentation abilities Collaborative mindset with adaptability to changing business needs

Beneficial Experience:

Knowledge of ERP systems Digital asset management and e commerce platform experience Training and development capabilities
