Job Description

We're working with a fast-growing UK manufacturer whose award-winning safeguarding technology is used across the NHS, mental health facilities, and educational environments - protecting people through vulnerable times. This is a chance to join a company committed to building a veteran recruitment pathway.
As they expand nationwide, they're seeking a Product Training Manager to lead customer and internal training across their innovative hardware and software product range. Full structured product training will be provided.
This is a hands-on, field-based position (full expenses paid including overnight stays) ideal for someone with strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a background in engineering, training, or operations. It would be ideal if you based in Northern England / South East Scotland. A vehicle will be provided to attend presentations.

The Role
Deliver engaging product and software training to customers and internal teams.
Lead training sessions using the company's "Innovation Hub" demonstration vehicle.
Travel nationwide (3-4 days/week) to showcase life-saving products.
Support the introduction of a new software monitoring platform (full training provided).
Work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and digital teams to refine product use and safety standards.
Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
Support and mentor colleagues to ensure consistent technical knowledge.
About You
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Confident using technology and delivering demonstrations.
Empathetic and customer-focused - able to engage with diverse audiences.
Background in engineering, technical instruction, or military trade training advantageous.
Strong organisational skills - comfortable managing travel, logistics, and your own diary.
Full UK driving licence and flexibility for nationwide travel (some overnights).
