The Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Production Administrator
to join our close-knit team in Featherstone. This is a key position within the business -- supporting daily operations and helping to drive continuous improvement across production and quality processes.
Key Responsibilities
Entering of all Sales orders on to the system
Producing all production notes and pallet tickets
Compile production schedules
Maintain and update daily production and quality records, including stock counts.
Collect, manage, and file all production and quality paperwork accurately.
Resolve production discrepancies by collecting and analysing information
Produce reports and data summaries for management and traceability purposes.
Take on ad hoc projects and administrative duties as needed to support the wider team.

We're looking for someone who brings energy, precision, and a commitment to excellence. You'll be a confident communicator with great attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Essential Skills & Experience
Ideally you will have experience in a manufacturing environment. Training will be provided.
Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Sage 50
Time Management, ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and working to deadlines
Analysing and Investigating, ability to gather information systematically to establish facts and principles for problem solving
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 24,420.00-32,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
