We are currently inviting applications for a
Production Administrator
to join our fast-paced production facility. The role is responsible for the generation of paperwork in an accurate and efficient manner.
Main Responsibilities
Prepare and print labels in line with the works orders
Ensure all works orders are completed on the Sage system
Liaise with Planning and QA for the timely and accurate availability of paperwork
Maintain a robust filing system ensuring all paperwork is audit ready
Conduct daily knife and scoop checks and complete the relevant documentation
Carry out weekly stock checks of PPE and consumables

Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues
Computer literate
Previous experience of working in a similar fast-paced environment advantageous
