Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to be part of a collaborative production environment? We're looking for a motivated Production Administrator to join our team and support the smooth running of operational administration within our manufacturing division.
As a Production Administrator, you will:
Support operational administrative tasks across the production team.
Work closely with the Sales Order Processing team to ensure accurate sales allocation of products and parts.
Manage the transfer of completed product stock to third-party distribution warehouses.
Book finished jobs, transfer and allocate stock, and generate serial labels.
Maintain accurate databases and process associated paperwork.
Assist with vendor statement reconciliation and invoice/PO queries.
Review and resolve aged creditor reports and credit balances.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements.
Uphold Health & Safety guidelines and ISO quality standards.
Qualifications
What we're looking for
Essential:
Strong IT skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple tasks, and stay calm under pressure.
Organised, disciplined, and quality-focused approach.
Team player with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Desirable:
Experience in a manufacturing or office environment.
Knowledge of Google Suite.
